Return Policy

We want your shopping experience at Handsome Beaux to be positive. Although we hope that you enjoy your purchase, we want your return process to be as easy as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us at (205) 588-9909 (hours: 9:00AM CST-6:00 PM CST Monday-Friday) and leave a message or email us at info@handsomebeaux.com. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Colors or clothing patterns may vary due to a various aspects such as: photography lenses, lighting, computer monitor resolutions, etc. None of these situations qualify as defects.

How Do I Make A Return?
1. Fill out the return form included in your order.
2. Use the USPS return label which can be used only on packages returned from a U.S. address. Ship it via USPS. You may also label the package yourself and ship it, insured, using the shipping provider of your choice.

We recommend that you ship with insurance and keep your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Handsome Beaux is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records.

What is the Return Processing Time?

We will accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items up to 20 calendar days from the date you place your order. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or it can not be returned. Returns must be received unworn and in original, new condition, including the attachment of original tags.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside another protective shipping box. You cannot return the shoes if the original shoe box is damaged. If you return the shoes in a damaged box, then the shoes will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. All items marked as final sale may not be returned or exchanged. Original shipping cost is not refundable.

Online Credits are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the online credit has been issued.
